Diamond Hill Vineyards
Set in over 30 acres of vineyards, Diamond Hill is a second-generation family run vineyard and winery in Cumberland, RI. The family decided to revive the old New England tradition of making wine from local fruits such as apples, cranberries, peaches and blueberries. Grape wines include Pinot Noir, Scarlet Run Red, River Valley White and Pinot Noir Rose. Stop in for a tasting during their current hours of Thursday through Saturday, 12-5pm. ShelaLara Vineyards & Winery
This female-owned and family operated premier winery features California wines, vintage wines, glacier wines, fruit essence wines and more. Over 20 different varieties of wine are produced each year at their facility in Coventry, RI. Popular flavors include California Chardonnay, Passion Peach, Pomegranate Wildberry, Succulent Strawberry, Sangiovese Merlot and Red Glacier “Frozen Fire.” Tours and tastings are held at the Winery Facility every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Nickle Creek Vineyard
Producing about 1500 cases of premium wine annually, Steven and Sheri, owners of Nickle Creek Vineyard, have maintained small-scale winemaking as an art form. Their wines include Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Foster White, Foster Red, Reisling, Summer Blueberry, Wicked Peach, Strawberry Blush, Raspberry Bliss and many more. Bring a picnic, take a walk through the vineyard, and taste the quality boutique wines at this quaint vineyard in Foster, RI. No reservations are necessary for tastings, as they are on a first come first serve basis. The tasting room is open 12-5pm on Friday and 11am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
