Its neighbors, Providence, RI and Newport, RI, always overshadow Seekonk, MA. But this great town has many attractions that tourists and visitors should check out. Here are just a few!

Historic Jacob Hill Farm– A Seekonk landmark, the original was built in 1722. From 1924-1943, the seekonkproperty was used as the Jacobs Hill Hunt Club forthe “Who’s Who” crowd passing through Providence, RI. To preserve its historical importance, the current owners have it opened as a house museum and bed & breakfast inn!

Seekonk Speedway– This is great action packed car-racing roadway for seekonkkids and adults of all ages to watch! They have Fast Fridays that start at 7pm and costs $5 with an AAA card, $7 without. Saturdaynights have tons of races that start at 6pm and just $12 with an AAA card, $14 without. Great food and great fun!

 

 

Crossfit Seekonk– Crossfit is an intense workout for dedicated people. The reviews for this particular branch speak very highly of the facilities saying, “It’s a great gym”, “The owner puts so much care and seekonkattention into the gym” and “The quality of the coaching continues to exceed my expectations.” The gym is open 5:30 am to 8 pm most days. Come in to see how you can challenge yourself physically!

 

 

Four Town Farm– This is a locally grown farmers market with tons of fruits, veggies, and drinks. Customers love the open-air market and well-stocked shelves. They also offer tons of seekonkU-Pick services as well! Come help out a great locally run and owned farm.
